Geoffrey Ossias, a partner in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups, represents fast-growing companies in a broad range of technology-driven sectors. Geoffrey's practice focuses on buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, private and public securities offerings and corporate governance matters. Over more than 20 years, and across billions of dollars in transactions, Geoffrey has represented many leading companies in key markets nationally, including AngelList, eVisit, Dignity Health, Dragos, Duda, DuPont Fabros, HOPCo, Integrate.com, SS&C Technologies, Solera Health, Synergy One Lending, Volta Industries, Wealth.com, WebPT, XGames and many others. Earlier in his career, Geoffrey spent three years as senior counsel with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., and, after graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, co-founded MyPoints.com (Nasdaq: MYPT), a publicly traded email marketing company acquired by United Airlines.
