Geoff’s cases have involved an array of technologies, including wireless networks, smartphones, computer security systems, recombinant proteins, medical devices, social media, and software. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in venues across the country, including patent litigation hotspots in Texas, Delaware, and California. Geoff works closely with his clients to identify and achieve their strategic objectives in a cost-effective and creative manner.
