Genevieve is an arbitration and litigation specialist, advising on the resolution of high-value international commercial disputes. Genevieve has acted in some of the world’s largest and most complex cross border disputes. Her experience covers a broad range of commercial matters in the telecommunications, energy, insurance, and financial services sectors, including shareholder and joint venture disputes. She has worked extensively on India-seated and India-related arbitrations, as well as CIS-related disputes.

She is experienced in the arbitration rules of all the major institutions, including the ICC, LCIA and AAA, as well as the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, and a variety of arbitral seats including London, Geneva, Stockholm, New York, and Vienna. She serves as arbitrator and is a Solicitor Advocate with rights of audience in the English High Court.
