Frédéric Lemoine, partner, is a member of the Corporate and M&A practice group in our Luxembourg office. He advises major private equity houses on corporate law, holdings’ structuring, corporate governance and corporate finance. He is also a member of the Private Equity team.

Frédéric has an extensive experience in corporate law and in private equity. For more than 17 years, he has been advising major international private equity firms on the structuring of their domestic and cross-border transactions.

He more particularly specialises in complex joint venture structuring, working on all corporate matters, including shareholders agreement, but also corporate governance and corporate finance.

Frédéric is recognised in his field of expertise as a leading lawyer in both IFLR 1000 and Chambers & Partners.
