Partner in the Corporate Restructuring Practice and Commercial Litigation Groups. Frank represents debtors, trustees, committees and secured creditors in complex Chapter 11 cases. He assisted St. Mary’s Hospital to confirm the first standalone reorganization for a New Jersey hospital and recently assisted the Hospital in an out-of-court sale to a national healthcare network. His experience also includes litigation and arbitration in real estate, health care, prerogative writs, intellectual property and legal malpractice.
