Flávio advises asset managers, investment banks, private equity firms and institutional investors on forming, fundraising and transactions involving investment funds of a highly diverse range of classes and strategies, including hedge funds and multimarket funds (FIs in general), private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, timber and carbon funds (FIPs), real estate and agricultural funds (FIIs and FIAGRO) and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). He also assists with regulatory advice for portfolio managers, broker-dealers and other players in the asset management chain. Flávio is licensed to practice law in New York, and previously worked for two years in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
