Fiona Strang is a Legal Director working across both the Corporate and the Restructuring and Insolvency teams.
Fiona advises on a wide range of corporate transactions and matters, such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, employee incentive schemes, group restructuring exercises and corporate advice specific to succession planning. She also advises insolvency practitioners, creditors and directors on various aspects of insolvency and restructuring processes, such as administration and liquidation, pre-pack administration, company voluntary arrangements, directors’ duties and liabilities, creditors’ rights and remedies, distressed asset sales and purchases.
Fiona has extensive experience working with family-owned and owner-managed businesses, helping them to achieve their strategic goals and protect their interests and is also well placed to deal with complex insolvency matters, providing practical and commercial advice to clients.
