Clare McGeough is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team. Clare has extensive experience in handling complex litigation matters, particularly in relation to cases concerning administrative law, civil liberties and human rights, judicial review and education law. She is also a core member of the team advising on UK and Scottish public inquiries.

Clare’s work in public law has been instrumental in advising public bodies on complex legal issues, ensuring that they navigate the legal landscape effectively. Clare is also an experienced litigator who regularly appears at Tribunals, Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session.
