Recently he advised Mediaset España on the €504 million tender offer launched by Mediaset Europe for 44.31% of Mediaset España; advised Enel on the acquisition of 79% of Ufinet Latam from 6 Cinven Fund and subsequent agreement to sell 80.5% to 7 Cinven Fund for €2.56 billion.
