Felipe Mendoza is a leading practitioner in international trade, customs, and tax matters, with more than 20 years of experience advising multinational manufacturers, exporters, and foreign investors operating in Mexico. He is particularly recognized for his expertise in IMMEX and export promotion programs, customs compliance, origin verification procedures, free trade agreements, and nearshoring-related projects.

During the last year, Felipe has continued advising some of the world's leading manufacturing and technology companies on complex cross-border operations, customs audits, trade compliance strategies, and the establishment and expansion of manufacturing operations in Mexico. His practice also includes representing clients in significant tax and customs controversies before Mexican authorities, as well as advising multinational groups on the optimization of trade and tax structures for large-scale operations.
