Career

Rodrigo has extensive experience assisting and litigating for clients in matters related to corporate law, restructuring and insolvency (bankruptcy and reorganization), mergers & acquisitions, credit recovery and corporate reorganizations. His practice also involves business contracts in several commercial areas. Rodrigo has coordinated countless legal due diligences and has assisted clients with succession planning within family enterprises. He has authored and co-authored books and legal publications on the topics of contracts, arbitration, corporate law and bankruptcy law. He is a Specialist in Global Leadership as well as a Professor of Commercial Law at Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos and a Professor of Business Law in post-graduation programs.
