Fabián routinely handles real estate, trust, development, construction, foreign investment, general corporate matters and general operations, banking and finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Fabián is admitted to practice in Mexico, and has coordinated with other jurisdictions like the USA, Latin America, Europe and Asia on certain transactions.
