Fabián Monsalve-Agraz

Fabián joined the Firm in 2000 as founder of the Guadalajara office of which he is the Managing Partner since July 2018. He is Principal in the Transactional Practice Group with a focus on Real Estate & Infrastructure and Hotel Resorts and Tourism (HRT). He is the Head of Real Estate Practice in North America Region and Head of Consumer Goods & Retail Industry Sector in Mexico. Best Lawyers in Mexico 2022 and Lawyer of the Year in Mexico 2022.

Fabián routinely handles real estate, trust, development, construction, foreign investment, general corporate matters and general operations, banking and finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He regularly advises real estate developers, single real estate units purchasers as well as inheritors. He serves clients in the manufacturing, commercial, construction and mining industries. Fabián is admitted to practice in Mexico, and has coordinated with other jurisdictions like the USA, Latin America, Europe and Asia on certain transactions.
