Career
Eugenio is the head of the Dispute Resolution practice group in Venezuela. He is a leading lawyer in international and domestic arbitration, and litigation recognized by top legal directories, including Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. Eugenio has acted as counsel and arbitrator in local and foreign proceedings and has appeared before arbitration panels and foreign courts as expert witness on issues of international law, private international law and Venezuelan law. Eugenio is an elected member of the Venezuelan Academy of Political and Social Sciences. He is a tenured law professor at main Venezuelan universities. He holds a PhD from the University of Heidelberg, he has authored four books and more than three hundred articles.
