Eugenio received his Law Degree (J.D.), with highest honours, from Università degli Studi di Catania in 1993. He was Visiting Scholar at the Harvard Law School (Cambridge – MA), where studied mutual funds and investment companies. He received a Ph.D. in Corporate Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano. He joined the Turin Bar Association in 1998, and has been admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2010. In 2005, he qualified as Associate Professor in Corporate Law. In 2008 he was appointed Professor of Corporate Law at the Università del Piemonte Orientale.
