Eugene F Segrest

Eugene F. Segrest is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice. Mr. Segrest focuses his practice on real estate and finance law.

Mr. Segrest has experience in a wide range of transactions, including 1) the acquisition and disposition of land and improved property, 2) the acquisition and disposition of agricultural land, together with all agricultural operations being conducted thereon, 3) the acquisition and development of real property, 4) commercial loan transactions secured by real estate for borrowers and lenders, 5) loan workouts and modifications, 6) the purchase and management of defaulted loan portfolios secured by real estate, 7) industrial, office retail and agricultural leasing, and 8) the exercise of remedies and foreclosures. He counsels special servicers, individuals, private equity funds, banks and large corporate clients.
