Eric Arciero

Eric's practice is focused on M&A, private equity, and general corporate and commercial matters. In particular, Eric advises foreign companies looking to do business in Canada and Quebec.

In his M&A practice, Eric routinely leads buy- and sell-side transactions, both domestic and cross-border, that involve companies operating in a wide range of sectors, including telecommunications, power, logistics, medical, real estate and pharmaceutical.

Eric also advises clients on their corporate and commercial matters including with respect to corporate reorganizations, commercial agreements and financings.

A believer in giving back to his community, Eric works with non-profit organizations on governance matters, and is a member of the board of directors of the Loyola High School Alumni Association.

Eric is fluent in English, French and Italian.
