Enrico is a corporate partner in the global transactions group, specialising in M&A, private equity transactions and auction acquisitions/disposals. He has insolvency and bankruptcy litigation experience, having advised many financial institutions and companies on the insolvency law implications related to acquisitions from insolvent groups and on their out-of-court restructuring.
Joined Freshfields in 2000; partner since 2005. He was research fellow and adjunct professor of company law in the University of Bergamo.
