Emilie specialises in international commercial arbitration, commercial litigation and investment treaty arbitration. She also has significant expertise in public international law and human rights law.

Her notable recent instructions include three ICSID cases in the real estate (Alverley Investments Ltd, Germen Properties Ltd v Romania, ICSID Case No. ARB/18/30; Dalal v United Arab Emirates, ICSID Case No. ARB/19/10) and banking sectors (Jochem Bernard Buse v Republic of Panama, ICSID Case No. ARB/17/12) and a PCA case in the construction sector (Patel Engineering Limited (India) v The Republic of Mozambique).
