Emanuele Bosia specialises in M&A, corporate and commercial law, private equity, joint ventures, extraordinary corporate transactions and acquisition finance. He also focuses on the internationalization of companies and on English commercial and corporate law.
He advises domestic and international companies and investment funds in significant acquisition transactions, drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements in a wide number of industrial sectors, including automotive, food & beverage, manufacturing, banking and finance, energy and real estate.
He graduated in Law, with honours, from the University of Turin in 2001 after a scholarship awarded with the University of Westminister, London. He was also awarded with a LL.M in "Commercial Law & Finance" from the University of London (Queen Mary) and "Corporate Finance Evening Program" with the London Business School.
Emanuele joined the London office of the firm in 2014 after having previously worked for a number of leading international law firms in Milan, Paris and London.
He is a member of the Italian Bar and is admitted to practice as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
He is a member of the International Division of The Law Society.
