He has been involved in several intricate transfer pricing, VAT and CIT litigations, as well as in proceedings for the recovery of APIA subsidies, in the invalidation of ANRE orders, in contractual liability lawsuits, ICC arbitrations, insolvency, drafting preliminary references for the CJEU etc. and manages a team that is involved in several high-profile tax disputes, for some of the key players in sectors like green energy, banking, retail, farming, pharmaceuticals and automotive.
