Emanuel Bondalici

Emanuel is a Senior Managing Associate with Reff & Associates, having previously worked in the litigation department of one of the Tier 1 ranked Romanian law firms.

With more than 12 years of experience in dispute resolution, he has been constantly exposed to complex legal issues, in areas spanning from tax and administrative litigations to elaborate corporate disputes. He has been involved in several intricate transfer pricing, VAT and CIT litigations, as well as in proceedings for the recovery of APIA subsidies, in the invalidation of ANRE orders, in contractual liability lawsuits, ICC arbitrations, insolvency, drafting preliminary references for the CJEU etc. and manages a team that is involved in several high-profile tax disputes, for some of the key players in sectors like green energy, banking, retail, farming, pharmaceuticals and automotive.
