Georgiana is the coordinating partner of the corporate and M&A team of Reff & Associates with over 25 years of experience as attorney at law and part of Deloitte team as of April 2001.

Georgiana is specialized in complex M&A projects, joint ventures, in implementation of group reorganizations processes and of various joint ventures between both public and private partners. She coordinates M&A deals on a constant basis various projects on buy-side or sell-side, in various industries and fields such as manufacturing, energy, retail and consumer business, from the initial structuring phase, going into the due diligence and then preparation, negotiation and execution of contractual documentation. She advices a large variety of international clients on all legal matters pertaining to their business in Romania, including corporate transactions, acquisitions and divestments.

In addition, Georgiana is leading the legal team of Reff & Associates specialized on public procurement and concessions projects. Since 2007 she has been continuously involved as a trainer and legal expert in various projects for strengthening the administrative capacities of authorities for implementing PPP and concession projects in Romania as well as in projects for the enactment of new legislation or amendment/update of the existing national legislation in view of harmonizing it with EU law.

She has extensive experience in assisting clients on legal matters pertaining to various energy projects by providing numerous opinions on the legal framework and regulatory matters applicable in the energy field, representing clients in front of the national regulatory authority in various procedures and formalities as well as assisting them in the acquisition and development of power plants.
