Mihnea was the coordinator and co-author of to the Deloitte publication regarding the implementation of Representative Actions Directive across Central Europe (Link)
Mihnea is partner not only with Reff & Associates, but also with Deloitte Central Europe (CE). He acts as Head of our Dispute Resolution practice (covering civil, commercial & administrative disputes).
Mihnea also acts at regional and global level within the Deloitte Legal network: he is the head of the Central Europe Dispute Resolution group (that reunites the leaders of the Dispute Resolution practices within Deloitte Central Europe) and a member of the Global Steering Committee on Dispute Resolution within Deloitte Legal. In this role, Mihnea is involved in the transformation of the way in which legal services are provided to clients, especially in the current global context.
Mihnea acted as first chair for many market-leading clients and coordinated large teams in “bet-the-firm litigation” projects and high-profile cases before both international arbitration panels and local courts or authorities. In addition to his expertise in national dispute resolution cases, Mihnea also has extensive experience in international arbitration proceedings, as well as in multi-jurisdictional litigation projects.
Mihnea also currently acted as expert on Romania tax and procedural legislation in international arbitration proceedings conducted in London, before the LCIA.
