Ellie Perka

Ellie Perka is ranked as one of the top construction lawyers in Washington. Her entire practice is devoted to representation of public entities, contractors, developers, and institutions in all phases of construction projects. She has assisted clients in resolving disputes on small, private projects and also on many of the Pacific Northwest’s largest and most notable construction projects, including the Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement / SR 99 tunnel project; the $350 million project to replace Seattle's timber seawall; and the $2 billion Washington State Convention Center expansion project. Outside the Pacific Northwest, she has also litigated high-stakes bid protest issues in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, represented construction industry clients in multiple private arbitrations across the United States, and served as lead counsel in a dispute concerning the Skyline rail system in Honolulu, the largest public infrastructure project in Hawaii.
