Career
Elizabeth Green is a nationally respected restructuring lawyer who represents clients across the country in complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters. She has represented corporate debtors and secured creditors, unsecured creditors, committees, bondholders and trustees in bankruptcy cases of corporate and individual debtors. Elizabeth also has experience with out-of-court workouts, assignments and receiverships, and has represented numerous parties as buyers in 363 sales.
Elizabeth is the co-leader of the firm's national Restructuring and Bankruptcy team. She has been inducted as a fellow in the prestigious American College of Bankruptcy, was named one of five Law 360 MVPs in Bankruptcy in 2016, has attained Chambers' highest ranking of Star Individual and is an adjunct professor at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where she teaches Advanced Bankruptcy.
