Career

Elizabeth Green, leader of BakerHostetler’s national Bankruptcy practice, focuses on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, representing corporate debtors and secured creditors, unsecured creditors, committees, bondholders and trustees in bankruptcy cases of corporate and individual debtors. Liz has experience with out-of-court workouts, assignments for the benefit of creditors and in the representation of receivers. Liz is a fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and has been recognized by Law360 as a 2016 Bankruptcy MVP and Orlando Magazine’s Top Lawyers, Florida Trend’s Legal Elite and in Best Lawyers in America.
