Eliecer took part as an advisor in different radio programs commenting on the amendments to the new Traffic Law and in several conferences promoted by ICEX in Colombia and Peru.

Career

He is Partner of the firm and responsible for the Commercial Department of Rivero & Gustafson. He joined Rivero & Gustafson Abogados in July 2009, but he had been previously working for the firm for 8 years (1997-2005). He was director of legal advice for the Cosmani group and director of legal advice for RACE.

He holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma (1994) and a Master’s Degree in Business Law Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa (1995). Additionally, he has a Master’s Degree in Internet and New Technologies Applied to Law (2000).
