John Gustafson

John began his professional career in the Public Defender’s Office in Albany, New York and later joined Baker & McKenzie’s Madrid office (1991). Since 1994 he has been working in Rivero & Gustafson in the sphere of private law, both civil and commercial, representing a wide range of clients and companies in the fields of contracting, strategic merger and acquisition transactions and joint ventures:
