Having practiced law for over 20 years, Eldor has experience advising Uzbek and foreign clients on M&A transactions, privatization of state-owned assets, energy, mining, infrastructure and PPP projects.

Recognized as a leading lawyer in projects and construction, Eldor assists clients in the energy, chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas, infrastructure and transportation, corporate, and investment sectors. Eldor has experience advising Uzbek and foreign clients on corporate law, M&A transactions, general commercial law, employment. Eldor also advises on structuring complex infrastructure projects, PPP projects, advising on investment agreements, PPP agreements, PPAs, construction and operation activities in various fields (EPC, FIDIC contracts).

Eldor joined Dentons as Uzbekistan Managing Partner in 2017 following Dentons’ combination with a highly ranked Uzbek law firm Avent Advokat. Prior to that he was a Managing Partner at Avent Advokat.
