Having practiced law for over 20 years, Eldor has experience advising Uzbek and foreign clients on M&A transactions, privatization of state-owned assets, energy, mining, infrastructure and PPP projects.
Recognized as a leading lawyer in projects and construction, Eldor assists clients in the energy, chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas, infrastructure and transportation, corporate, and investment sectors. Eldor has experience advising Uzbek and foreign clients on corporate law, M&A transactions, general commercial law, employment.
