Victoria is a partner and the Head of Employment, Intellectual Property & Technology Practice in Dentons’ Almaty office with over 25 years’ experience and advises clients on a wide variety of Kazakhstan and international law issues, including litigation/arbitration matters, corporate, IP, TMT and employment matters.
She has advised clients on acquisitions of assets and other interests in companies in the oil and gas, telecommunications, FMCG and construction sectors.

Dentons is actively working on numerous pro-bono matters in Kazakhstan where we provide legal services for charity organizations and non-profit projects with social and humanitarian missions. As such, our IP team actively aids local artists by providing them professional legal support on copyright and other IP issues on a pro-bono basis.

• Advising on trademark clearance and prosecution worldwide, procedural questions, and explanations of legal concepts related to trademarks
