Ed Magarian is a trial attorney with a national practice who partners with clients on complex civil litigation brought both by private parties and the government; investigate and, where necessary, defend allegations of criminal and regulatory violations; prosecute and defend claims involving theft of trade secrets and misappropriation of assets and corporate raiding; and defend or prosecute claims before FINRA, AAA and other venues.
