Edward graduated from National Taiwan University and passed the bar examination with excellent grade. Edward later pursued his studies in New York University School of Law and obtained his master degree. Upon his graduation, Edward passed the New York State Bar Examination.

Edward is a seasoned litigator, with years of experience in company law, securities law, intellectual property cases involving trade secret, patent, trademark and copyright, arbitration, mediation of public procurement, cross-border dispute resolution, etc.
