Jakob focuses on the practice of corporate consultation, ranging from contract review, capital market projects to M&A deals. Employment is another field in which he practices. Due to the experiences in labor laws, Jakob is also regularly invited to present papers in the forum by National Taipei University to share his insights. With the boom of Fintech, Jakob also devotes himself to the legal issues in connection with blockchain and ICO.
