Career

Eduardo is the managing partner and the head of our litigation and arbitration practice in the Madrid office. Eduardo joined the firm as Head of the litigation and arbitration practice in Madrid, at the same time playing an active role working with clients on litigation/arbitration, public law and regulation, especially in the energy practice. As State Attorney he previously worked as State Attorney General Counsel in the State Attorney office in Barcelona (with experience acting before Courts of all kinds) and as State Attorney General at the Secretariat of State for Energy. He is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association), the Spanish Court of Arbitration (CEA), the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the State Attorney Association.
