His practice encompasses corporate and international tax with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, financings and capital markets.

Mr. Brandt regularly advises private equity funds, venture capital funds, multinational enterprises and emerging technology companies in cross-border M&A transactions, cross-border financings and capital markets transactions. Mr. Brandt is admitted to practice in New York since 2012.

Publications

Mr. Brandt is the author of several publications specialized in international taxation, having most recently co-authored alongside other notable practitioners the book “Thinker, Teacher, Traveler: Reimaginig International Tax” published by IBFD in honor of H. David Rosenbloom.
