Dina Duraković is the Managing Partner of dmb partners. She is a corporate lawyer with over 18 years of post-qualification experience in legal consulting of local and international businesses in BiH. Dina focuses on M&A transactions, competition and labor law. She extensively works with financial institutions, global corporations as well as local companies active in industrial production, retail, IT and services. Dina represents clients in complex cross-border transactions and is experienced in managing international legal teams. Dina is a regular lecturer at various educational institutions on the matters of corporate and employment law.
