Dianne Cowie

Dianne Cowie is a Director of Housing at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. She specialises in landlord and tenant matters including disrepair, possession proceedings, tenancy disputes, injunctions, committal proceedings, homelessness appeals and judicial reviews.

She also advises on rent arrears, breaches of tenancies, and allegations of anti-social behaviour. Dianne is highly experienced in possession matters involving vulnerable clients and she assists in the running of various pro bono clinics across South London in order to reach the most vulnerable in society. Dianne also provides training to Citizens Advice volunteers and advisors in relation to homelessness and possession matters.
