Linda was involved in challenging the law on ‘Joint Enterprise’ and Article 7 in the Supreme Court, by taking a case to the Court of Appeal where the defendant had been convicted of murder on the basis of Joint Enterprise

Linda was instructed on the largest domestic burglary in the UK where 50 million pounds worth of jewellery was stolen
