Diana Zuleta Martínez

Diana has extensive experience advising employers on day-to-day labor law issues, social security and administrative procedures before the Unidad de Gestión Pensional y Parafiscales (Retirement Fund Management and Payroll Tax Unit).

She has advised companies and foreign workers on obtaining visas, work permits and academic equivalencies in Colombia. Additionally, she has litigated during this time before the labor law and the administrative law jurisdiction.

Currently, she teaches Labor and Social Security Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana graduate programs.
