Career

Felipe has extensive experience leading local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions. He is recognized for his successful track record advising the most active private equity funds in Colombia and Latin America as well as leading companies in the consumer goods, healthcare, infrastructure, and technology sectors. Currently, he leads our office in Madrid.

Felipe worked for 15 years in the Madrid and Bogotá offices of one of Spain's leading law firms. In 2008 and 2009, he was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Additionally, he teaches Comparative Corporate Law at IE Law School.

He is admitted to practice law in Colombia and Spain.
