Devon McCurdy focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including civil fraud, trademark, antitrust, and product liability matters. He also counsels clients on reducing regulatory and litigation risks associated with antitrust, trademark, product liability, and health care fraud laws. Clients appreciate Devon's eagerness to learn technical details of their industries and products, as well as his knack for straightforward explanations of law and strategy.
Devon served as a law clerk to the Honorable Scott Matheson, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael Mosman of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.
Before becoming a lawyer, Devon earned a Ph.D. in history, with a dissertation on urban-rural conflict in the Pacific Northwest, and taught history at the University of Washington. He also worked five summers for the U.S. Forest Service in the Oregon Cascades.
