Denny Rahmansyah is SSEK's managing partner. He joined the firm in 2001. As part of his real estate practice, Denny advises on, among other things, resort developments, land acquisitions for industrial and housing developments, retail and office leases, mixed-use building developments in Jakarta, and mergers and acquisitions in the real estate sector.
Denny is also deeply involved in major transactions related to cross-border mergers and acquisitions, cross-border debt restructurings, banking and finance companies, plantations, private power and infrastructure projects.
In addition to being recognized by Chambers & Partners, Denny is named by Asialaw as a leading lawyer in Indonesia for corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, and is a Legal 500 recommended lawyer for real estate.

Denny earned his LL.M majoring in international economic and business law from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, in 2009. In 2007, he attended the 44th Academy of American and International Law in the United States, where he studied American law from an international perspective.
