Denise Esposito co-chairs Covington’s Food Drug & Device group. Her practice focuses on FDA-facing regulatory, strategic, and policy matters relating to regulation of medical products, including regulatory strategy, expedited programs, exclusivity, combination products, and digital health. She has been representing life sciences clients for more than 25 years, including in senior leadership roles at FDA, and as the general counsel of a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company.
