She was seconded to London magic circle firm Slaughter & May in 2018. She has over a decade of experience in advising clients and litigating on their behalf before Dutch courts and arbitral tribunals (ICC, NAI, LCIA, UNCITRAL, etc.). Davine handles commercial and corporate matters, often relating to the financial sector, large transactions, or governance and stakeholder issues. Davine is also highly experienced in dealing with execution and enforcement proceedings, attachments and injunctions, litigation funding issues, and various types of discovery processes. In this work, Davine often works together with firms in other jurisdictions, such as the UK and US on clients' global defence.
In addition, Davine heads De Brauw's Climate and Sustainability Group, which is a cross-expertise working group of lawyers from several practice areas.
