David Schulman is Chair of the Video Games and Esports Practice Group at the law firm of Greenberg Traurig, an international, multi-practice law firm with offices around the world. As Chair of the group, David leads a team of over 20 attorneys, in multiple disciplines, supporting the legal needs of studios, publishers, esports leagues, esports teams, movie and entertainment companies, content and rights owners, merchandizers, and hardware and accessory suppliers. David has led acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital financings and other strategic transactions on behalf of video-game and esports companies. In addition, David has worked on the development and publication of video-games, esports league formation and management, esports team investments, social media transactions, and various other transactions related to commercializing video games and esports.
