David Cox represents numerous South Carolina companies for general business advising, risk management and litigation of commercial disputes, both as plaintiff and defendant.
He serves as counsel for a variety of major product manufacturers in product liability litigation, and his cases have included the defense of industrial equipment, tires, vehicles, boats, tools, consumer appliances and recreational products. In addition, David’s practice includes intellectual property and trade practices litigation. With over 25 years of practice experience, David has tried numerous cases to verdict in the state and federal courts. Other areas of practice include insurance coverage and defense, intellectual property and toxic torts.
