Career

David Meyer focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate and commercial lending.

David represents developers, sellers, purchasers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of real estate law, including financing, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of office, industrial, residential and retail properties. David also represents lenders in local, regional and multistate credit transactions, including construction and term loans, revolving credit facilities and loan workouts.

David is a certified Minnesota State Bar Association Real Property Law Specialist.
