David has over 20 years’ experience advising financiers and borrowers on various financing transactions. His expertise includes real estate and development financing, leveraged and acquisition financing, general corporate lending, and debt restructurings. He is particularly skilled at handling complex financing structures and assisting clients in navigating both straightforward and sophisticated finance transactions.

Since joining McCullough Robertson in 2015, David has built a solid career in banking and finance law. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience at firms such as Henry Davis York, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, and Taylor Wessing.
