Dan Hendrick is a partner in Proskauer's Corporate Department and a member of the Private Credit Group. His principal focus is the representation of leading private credit providers in sponsor-backed acquisition financings, recapitalizations and restructurings. He advises clients on a broad array of complex financing transactions, including senior secured credit facilities, unitranche facilities, second lien financings, mezzanine financings, equity co-investments and structured preferred equity. Dan regularly represents many of the most active direct lenders in the middle market and upper-middle market, and his clients include Antares Capital, Ares Capital, Bain Capital, Churchill Asset Management, Golub Capital, Jefferies Finance, Thoma Bravo Credit, Varagon Capital and Vista Credit.
