Regularly called upon to take the lead role in “bet the company” lawsuits, Dan Warren approaches sophisticated matters with intense preparation, effective examinations of witnesses, and strong brief-writing – skills that have enabled Dan’s success in a number of cases on motions for summary judgment, at trial, and in arbitration. Dan also maintains an active appellate practice, having argued over 20 appeals throughout his career. Clients have praised his "razor-sharp, strategic mind and effective communication skills." Dan chairs the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and formerly served on the Policy Committee.
