Cristina Cengia has over 30 years of professional experience with reference to M&A and Capital Markets transactions. She is currently partner of PwC - leading the M&A and Capital Market department.
Cristina handles M&A transactions involving listed and unlisted companies, banking institutions, investment and divestment transactions also in the private equity and venture capital industries.
Additionally, Cristina regularly provides legal assistance and advice in IPO processes on EXM and EGM.
She also provides legal assistance to listed companies on corporate governance and market best practices.
Career
Before joining PwC Legal, Cristina gained significant professional experience in multi-practice “boutique” law firms (as equity partner), Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Intek Group S.p.A. (now KME Group S.p.A.), company listed on Euronext Milan (as chief of legal).
