Craig Smith rejoined Hogan Lovells in 2009 after serving as General Counsel for Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration, one of the nation's largest state healthcare regulatory agencies. Craig led a team of 42 lawyers providing legal advice to the Agency’s leadership and the Governor’s office on healthcare regulatory and policy matters.
Craig is board certified in Health Law by the Florida Bar, and for over 23 years Craig has focused his practice on advising healthcare industry clients on regulatory compliance in operations, disputes, and strategic transactions. Some of Craig’s representative experience includes:
